Overview

These terms outline the refund policy and conditions for the Clip Curator Blueprint digital product.

Delivery

Upon purchase, you'll receive immediate access to all digital materials through our platform.

Refund Policy

7-Day Guarantee
  • We offer a no-questions-asked, 7-day refund policy
  • DO NOT initiate chargebacks - this may result in permanent account suspension
  • Contact support@clipcurator.ai with your name and order details for refund requests

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed if:

  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • Request is submitted through proper channels
  • Account is in good standing

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • 7-day period has expired
  • Request made through unofficial channels
  • Evidence of content downloading/copying
  • Account violated terms of service

Product Access

  • Personal use only
  • No sharing or redistributing materials
  • One account per customer
  • Access may be revoked for terms violation

Support

  • All support requests must go through support@clipcurator.ai
  • Support requests through other channels will not be processed
  • Response within 48 business hours

Content Usage

  • Materials are for personal use only
  • No reproduction or distribution
  • Copyright and intellectual property rights retained
  • Violations will result in immediate access termination

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for:

  • Terms violation
  • Sharing account access
  • Payment disputes/chargebacks
  • Misuse of materials

Clip Curator Accelerator Terms of Service

Overview

These terms outline the refund policy and guarantee conditions for the Clip Curator Accelerator program.

60-Day Guarantee

We guarantee you'll land a creator within 60 days or receive a full refund, subject to the following requirements:

Guarantee Requirements

  1. Complete entire course within first 7 days
  2. Contact support@clipcurator.ai at day 30 if experiencing challenges
  3. Attend minimum 16 coaching calls within 60 days

Failure to meet ANY of these requirements voids the guarantee.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds processed if:

  • All requirements met
  • No creator secured within 60 days
  • Account in good standing

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds if:

  • Course not completed in 7 days
  • Missing 30-day check-in
  • Under 16 coaching calls attended
  • Account violated terms
  • Content shared/redistributed

Clip Curator Academy Terms of Service

Overview

These terms outline conditions for Clip Curator Academy's 90-day coaching program.

Program Requirements

Client must:

  1. Complete course within 7 days
  2. Attend 33 group coaching calls (90 days)
  3. Report challenges by day 45
  4. Maintain team of 20 clippers posting daily
  5. Process payments through WHOP

Guarantee

$10,000 Month Guarantee:

  • Full refund if $10K not achieved within 90 days
  • Must meet all program requirements
  • Must provide proof of compliance

Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds if:

  • Course not completed in 7 days
  • Missing coaching calls
  • No day-45 check-in
  • Team posting requirements not met
  • Terms violated

Program Access

  • Personal use only
  • No content sharing
  • One account per client

Behavior Terms

Client agrees not to:

  • Make defamatory statements
  • Share proprietary information
  • Replicate program content
  • Threaten company/representatives
